 Throughout its twenty-year history of serving the community, Emerald Crest of Burnsville has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring the individual needs of those we serve are met. Throughout the past year, a sample of residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate the community in specific categories.

 Every month, Emerald Crest reviewed its real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of residents’ needs and make improvements when necessary. The community is grateful to everyone who participated and looks forward to continuing to help older adults thrive in our community.
